It has IK-bones. It has 3D out-of-the-box. It has that nice animation feature in After Effects where you can control it by manipulating it’s path. It has a better real-time stage player (very handy for working with Video). It has a better bitmap based manipulation system called Hydra.

And did I mention it has bones?
