They say we sponsored them; I say “Huh?”
I’m plugging Emergent because apparently we sponsored them (and Kristine is exhibiting as well). Don’t think I’ll be there on the Wednesday as I’ll be at the COFA Annual in which I did some work for their Annual CD ROM and intro animation, but I’ll definately be at Emergent on the Thursday (followed by a 3 day drink fest in Melburn with the lads from The Phlu!).
I gotta say, I really dig the Emergent name and logo thing. Very nice. Gets me wet.
And just in case people may get upset, Jo along with a bunch of other peepz will be exhibiting at the COFA Annual. I gotta add, I’m mighty disappointed that there’s a lack of info on the COFA Annual – you’d think it’ll be all over their homepage by now. :(

I completely agree, I’m struggling to find much info on the Annual on the COFA site. Sux arse, but the night shall be a huge breathe of relief!

man those colourful squiggly lines becoming straight were done in a whole campaign by HP a couple years ago. Typeface is ghey as well. wtf is that flash intro? who decided to put read headers on a red background??
arghhh!!!
It’s so disappointing to see how little UWS supports their Vis Com graduates. They’re really just spat out when compared to what COFA did for us.

heh. I was actually going to work on the grad site for the UWS industrial design students. Really slick flash site..
strange how the different schools in the same uni support their students differently.
